University Scholarship

To commemorate MGM Ontario’s 25th anniversary, MGM is sponsoring two $1,000.00 scholarships to be awarded to two MGM members who are either enrolled in or entering college or university. These awards will be presented on Saturday, October 28th, at our 25th anniversary celebration. One of the elements for this scholarship is to submit an essay on one of the following topics:
• Current affairs in the world – what is your reaction to a specific world issue?
• Hinduism – what does it mean to you?
• India – what does it mean to you?
• Any other topic that is approved by the scholarship committee
If you are interested in applying for this scholarship then please contact our MGM secretary Rina Arya (rina_arya@hotmail.com) for the full application form or to ask her any questions you may have. The application deadline has been extended to Thursday, August 31st. We will not accept any applications after this date. Good luck!
