Summer fun at Wildwood

| The picnic at Wildwood Park was very successful and everyone enjoyed the beautiful, sunny sports day at the grounds. The men were playing Caram board, volleyball and doing their barbeque and enjoying their favourite Indian traditional music. The ladies were cooking delicious phooliyas and spicy goat meat. The seniors were given arts & crafts to play with and decorative designs to come up with new and creative ideas.
This year for the first time, the kids were introduced to Mr. D – JAY, the singing clown, and children’s games such as spoon race, running race, tug-o-war and musical chairs which the kids enjoyed the most.
Pictures from the entire afternoon (thanks to Bharat Parmar for taking all the digital photos) will be posted on the MGM website.
We will meet again for the next picnic in July, 2007. Have fun and enjoy the rest of the MGM programs like the Navaratri garba and our 25th Anniversary program. Please think of some new ideas for our upcoming picnics.
